Weekly Walks with Carol.

– Tuesday 31st March – If the weather is OK on Tuesday 31 March, Sandra will be leading the “strollers” around the Lido – usual arrangements leaving the Willow Lawn Car Park at 10.30 a.m. for a gentle stroll, followed by tea/coffee and chat in the café.

2026 Clubhouse Social events:

Craft Morning...

Vanessa and Sue K organised a very successful craft morning on Friday 27 March. 20 members came along to learn new skills with wool, paints and pencils.

There was a lot of concentration, plastic cover-ups and gloves and some beautiful pictures, meanwhile "gonks" were being made in club colours.

Our thanks to Vanessa and Sue and we hope that there will be another creative morning in the future.

INAUGURAL “RS WINNERS MOVE” TOURNAMENT

We had our first “RS Winners Move On” whist tournament against Bessingby on Monday the 16th of February 2026. An enjoyable afternoon was shared by one and all and we hope that more matches can be arranged in the future..

2026	Main Social Events
New Year's Eve Party	. Wednesday 31st December 2025 What a great night ! It is a pity that it is almost impossible to take some photos of the event but it is decorated to look like a disco with special lighting and candles so the pics come out almost black. But we had a ball. Ron and Dave excelled this year with our firework display (we wont mention a tiny mishap but luckily no one was in the line of fire). With John G on DJ duty we had a full dance floor. Massive celebrations at midnight with Sweet Caroline almost taking the roof off. You cannot beat a DP party. Organiser: Janet
