Weekly Walks with Carol.

– Tuesday 3rd March – weather permitting, at present the forecast looks “grey” but hopefully no rain, we will be having our usual Tuesday morning walk around Ruislip Lido.

Leaving the Willow Lawn Car Park at 10.30 a.m. for a gentle 1 or 2 laps, followed by coffee and chat in the café.

2026 Clubhouse Social events:

Craft Morning...

On Friday 27th March Vanessa and Sue will be running a craft morning at the clubhouse at 10:30 am.

There will be plenty of watercolour paints, brushes and paper if you'd like to have a go at creating your own picture.

We will also have adult colouring books with the pens available if you would like to give it a try.

Our next Pub Games will be on:
Thursday 12th March. A chance to play the games you normally find in your local boozer. The Bar (Vending Machine) will be open at the usual opening hours: (all day, every day).

INAUGURAL “RS WINNERS MOVE” TOURNAMENT

We had our first “RS Winners Move On” whist tournament against Bessingby on Monday the 16th of February 2026. An enjoyable afternoon was shared by one and all and we hope that more matches can be arranged in the future..

2026	Main Social Events
New Year's Eve Party	. Wednesday 31st December 2025 What a great night ! It is a pity that it is almost impossible to take some photos of the event but it is decorated to look like a disco with special lighting and candles so the pics come out almost black. But we had a ball. Ron and Dave excelled this year with our firework display (we wont mention a tiny mishap but luckily no one was in the line of fire). With John G on DJ duty we had a full dance floor. Massive celebrations at midnight with Sweet Caroline almost taking the roof off. You cannot beat a DP party. Organiser: Janet
